Agreement

By using this website or engaging Elite GTA Digital ("we," "us") for audits, consulting, or implementation work, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

We provide professional services such as performance reviews, technical recommendations, and website implementation work as described in a written proposal, statement of work, or invoice you accept. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables, timelines, and fees are as stated in that document.

Client responsibilities

• Accurate information about your business, domains, and technical access
• Timely feedback and approvals so schedules can be met
• Compliance with laws applicable to your marketing and communications

Intellectual property

Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, you retain rights to your content and branding. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, methods, and reusable code. A specific license or assignment for custom deliverables will be set out in your contract or SOW.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite GTA Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
